• Toys for large birds- macaws cockatoos and other parrots
• Reptile supplies- Eco Earth, Repti-bark, Calci-sand, Hide logs/caves, etc.
• Pillowcases with no holes • Extra large Puppy training Pads
• Newspaper


Food Items
• Cereal: Cheerios type (sugar-free or low fat)
• Fruits: mangos, papayas, other tropical fruits, apples, bananas, grapes, berries • Vegetables: dark, leafy greens, such as mustard greens, turnip tops, collard greens; broccoli, celery, yams, garbanzo beans, carrots, peas, Brussel sprouts, etc. (NO Iceberg lettuce)
• Eggs • Unsalted nuts - almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc.
• Vegetable Oil


The STAR Eco Station also recycles old cell phones and used ink cartridges as a fundraising program. We will receive $1 or more for each item recycled. Children can bring in these items or take postage-paid envelopes to mail the items from home

The ECO Station cares for many rescued and abandoned wildlife. We accept donations to continue to care for these animals. Please donate to support our cause.

You know that children want to participate as fully as possible and get more out of an experience if they are actually part of the experience. Here’s how each child can help the STAR ECO Station.
