Un día en mi casa One day in my house
entró un ratón, a mouse came in
y eso causó una gran conmoción. and this caused a big commotion
Mi hermana Patricia dio la noticia, My sister Patricia told me the news,
“ Veo su cola ¡ Ay que delicia ! “ “ I see its tail, it’s my lucky day ! “

¿ Dónde te has metido ?, what trouble have you gotten into ?
en esta casa You are not welcome
no eres bienvenido. In this house

Mamá de una silla Mom jumps up onto the chair
chilla que chilla. And screams,
“ ¡ Qué nadie me ayuda ! “ “ No one’s helping me !
¿ Quién me lo pilla ? Who is going to catch him ?

Pobre ratón Poor mouse,
¿ Dónde te has metido ?, what trouble have you gotten into ?
